1. Rope Overhead Triceps Extension (for 6 to 7 sets of 8 to 10 reps)
In a superset with :
2. Triceps Pushdown (for 6 to 8 reps)
1. Barbell Inclined Press (5 sets of 5 reps)
2. Lower Chest Cable Fly ( 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps)
